If the copyright for said material is not owned by the submitter and authorization has not been given for publication of said material, please contact us immediately at mrcrimson@krimson-news.com to help us either obtain proper permission for publication or removal of the submission.
Typographical Errors:
This website likely contains occasional submissions which include typographical and or related technical errors. Krimson News is not legally responsible for these errors. If you find a possible error, please contact mrcrimson@krimson-news.com. All tour dates, personnel listings, announcements, release dates and other information should be personally verified before time and/or money have been invested. In other words, we highly recommend that you check with the venue before making any ticket purchases or travel arrangement decisions.
Podcasts:
Krimson News publishes a weekly audio “podcast” containing interviews with artists and related personnel. Music included in these “podcasts” was obtained and included with expressed permission by the implied copyright holder of said music. If this is not the case please contact mrcrimson@krimson-news.com immediately to arrange for removal of the music. Information and news found in the Krimson News Podcast may include errors of content and as per above, please ensure that all tour dates, personnel listings, announcements release dates and other information have been verified before investment of time and/or money have been committed. Krimson News will not be held responsible for lost money, time, or wages.

Krimson News has a plethora of links which may lead you offsite. Krimson News, of course, is not responsible for content which may be found at these links. However, if you find something incorrect such as a broken link or offensive content at a link found at Krimson News, please contact us at mrcrimson@krimson-news.com so that we may evaluate the link further.
Contests and Prizes:
Krimson News may offer contests for token prizes such as concert tickets, Krimson News clothing attire, and CD’s. These items are offered “AS IS”, and no warranty should be inferred by the offer. No exchanges or refunds can be offered. Prizes often are offered via a third party and in those cases it will be stated in the contest information. If the third party does not or is unable to honor the prize to the winner, Krimson News cannot be held liable. However, if this occurs to you, please contact mrcrimson@krimson-news.com immediately, as we certainly would want to know!
Commerce:
Krimson News occasionally offers music and clothing for sale in support of the website. Krimson News utilizes third party storefront technology such as is found at CafePress.com and WeedShare.com. If you have a technical problem with your CafePress or WeedShare purchase, please LET US KNOW and we will contact the respective vendor. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any damages or losses, monetary or otherwise, however unlikely they may be, due to purchases made via Krimson News, Cafepress or Weedshare.
Donations:
Krimson News happily accepts donations from readers. Please note, money sent in form of either donations or subscription fees DOES NOT give any ownership or warranty to access of Krimson News. Refunds of donations cannot be guaranteed, however, if you donate in error, please contact us at mrcrimson@krimson-news.com and we will investigate and do our best effort to make it right. Premium Subscriptions will be coming soon. When this is available, users will be able to pay a small recurring fee to access Krimson News without advertisements. Inherently, there is NO WARRANTY for this service as above, however, if you experience any problems signing up, using, or unsubscribing from this service, or if you simply have a question, please contact mrcrimson@krimson-news.com so we may help you.
